Payment and Shipping

Conditions:

We deliver domestically (Germany) as well as to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 6–12 business days, and for international deliveries (Austria, Switzerland) within 6–12 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of advance payment, after the payment instruction has been received).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one consignment (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Further Payment Details

When paying by SEPA Direct Debit, you authorize us by granting a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from your specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the debit date. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds at the announced time.

When paying by credit card (without the use of a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
